法國行政法院撤銷國民聯盟蒙塔爾吉市長選舉勝選

法國奧爾良（Orléans）行政法院 9 月 24 日裁定，撤銷極右派國民聯盟（Rassemblement National）在蒙塔爾吉（Montargis）市長選舉中的勝選結果，理由是該黨在第二輪投票前大量散佈針對左翼聯合陣營候選人的誹謗影片。
蒙塔爾吉位於盧瓦雷省（Loiret），人口約 1 萬 5100 人。在今年 3 月的市長選舉中，RN 候選人科內特·杜尼斯（Cornette Dunis）以 59 票之差險勝，於 3 月 29 日就任市長。公共報告員（rapporteur public）先前已建議法院撤銷選舉結果，指控 RN 在選前數日大規模轉寄具有誹謗性質的影片，攻擊左翼聯合陣營的候選人，違反選舉法規。
法國《十字架報》（La Croix）指出，法院最終採納公共報告員的建議，認定 RN 的行為構成違法，因此宣告選舉結果無效。法國《解放報》（Libération）引述公共報告員的說法，指 RN「完全沒有遵守規則」。
