美國海岸防衛隊（Coast Guard）週六（10月3日）啟動搜救行動，尋找 1 架從百慕達飛往波士頓、機上載有 6 人的醫療後送專機。該架 Gulfstream G100 型飛機由加拿大 Latitude Air Ambulance 營運，約在凌晨 1 時 30 分（格林威治標準時間 15 時 30 分）失聯。
海岸防衛隊在社群平臺 X 上表示，已派出水面艦艇與飛機，在麻薩諸塞州楠塔基特外海搜尋該架飛機。失聯乘客與機組人員的姓名尚未公佈。
