美國女星希丹·彭尼蒂亞（Hayden Panettiere）去世 1 個月後，死因已正式確認。根據南卡羅來納州格林維爾縣法醫辦公室（Greenville County Coroner's Office）的驗屍報告，彭尼蒂亞體內驗出芬太尼、Xanax、肌肉鬆弛劑及抗精神病藥物，死因為藥物過量，並判定為意外。
彭尼蒂亞是知名童星出身，曾主演影集《Heroes》與《納什維爾》，享年 36 歲。她在南卡羅來納州一處住宅被發現失去意識，送醫後不治。
