美國中央情報局（CIA）在 9/11恐怖攻擊事件25週年之際，首度公開解密了71份總統每日情報簡報。這些檔案紀錄了2001年9月11日恐怖攻擊發生前，CIA對蓋達組織（Al-Qaeda）及其領導人賓拉登（Osama bin Laden）策動攻擊計畫的警告。
美國媒體《The Hill》報導，CIA 局長約翰·雷特克利夫（John Ratcliffe）宣佈，該機構公開了這些提供給前總統柯林頓與小布希（喬治·W·布希）的每日情報簡報。法國媒體 franceinfo 引述 CIA 說法指出，這些解密檔案「追溯了 CIA 分析師對蓋達組織理解變化的歷史」。奈及利亞媒體《先鋒報》（Vanguard）與《Punch》均指出，這些簡報警告蓋達組織正策劃使用飛機對美國本土發動攻擊。土耳其媒體《每日晨報》（Daily Sabah）表示，這批數十份新解密的檔案是在 9/11攻擊25週年之際發布，為美國情報單位對賓拉登的掌握提供了新的視角。
