歐盟執委會調查 Booking com 是否充分防範詐騙與假房源
布魯塞爾 10 月 21 日電：歐盟執委會今日宣佈，針對線上旅遊平臺 Booking.com 展開正式調查，評估其是否因未審慎評估或有效降低詐騙房源與釣魚詐欺風險，而違反《數位服務法》（Digital Services Act）。

歐盟擔憂 Booking.com 低估了詐騙與非法住宿對使用者的衝擊，且未能充分保護使用者資料免於被用於詐騙。比利時荷語廣播（VRT）指出，消費者團體 Testaankoop 證實接獲大量相關投訴。西班牙《擴張日報》（Expansión）報導，歐盟執委會質疑該公司未處理平臺上虛假房源廣告，且缺乏足夠防護措施阻擋網路犯罪詐欺。Booking.com 對此表示，將在調查過程中全力配合。
