巴西總統大選次輪投票於週日登場，現任總統魯拉與右翼對手巴博索之子弗拉維奧展開激烈對決。最新民調顯示兩人支援率極為接近，弗拉維奧以些微優勢領先，選舉結果恐將牽動巴西未來的政治走向與國際關係。
與此同時，塞爾維亞舉行提前國會選舉，學生運動發起的反政府浪潮使投票率大幅攀升。截至上午十時，投票率已達近百分之二十，為二〇二三年上次大選的兩倍，被外界視為一場針對執政黨的「公投」。
