美國副總統萬斯稱伊朗須削減核濃縮能力以結束戰爭

美國副總統萬斯（Vance）在阿拉斯加接受路透社獨家專訪時表示，伊朗必須實質削減核濃縮能力，才能滿足美方要求並結束雙方長達 7 個月的戰爭。

這場專訪於 10 月 6 日在阿拉斯加費爾班克斯進行。萬斯指出，任何協定都必須要求伊朗減少核濃縮產能，而非僅承諾未來逐步降低。他強調，美方需要的是「有意義的」削減，這是終結戰爭的必要條件。

萬斯長期對美國介入海外戰爭持懷疑態度，目前在美伊談判中扮演主導角色。他透露，美國正與伊朗總統 Pezeshkian（佩澤希齊揚）及外交部長 Araqchi（阿拉格齊）進行對話，但華府對於德黑蘭內部如何做出決策仍不確定，不清楚這 2 人在伊朗權力結構中實際擁有多大決定權。

近幾週，伊朗與美國已互相提交提案，目標是結束戰爭並重新開放荷姆茲海峽這條全球關鍵能源運輸航道。萬斯在專訪中也提到，降低油價是美國對伊朗戰爭的首要目標，美國民眾的能源價格是他的優先考量。
